Jeffrey Allen Edens, 57, of Lebanon, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 9, 2023. He was born August 4, 1965, in Marion County, a son of Charles Leo Edens and the late Shirley (Kizzee) Edens.

He is survived by his three daughters, Crystal (Jason) Schuetz, Carrie Edens, and Candase Edens; eight grandsons; his father, Charles (Rosalind) Edens; along with two brothers, three sisters, and several nieces and nephews.

Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Edens and his daughter, Casey Lynn Edens.

Jeff enjoyed camping, fishing, woodwork, and crafting. As a young man, one of his many joys was renovating his Chevy Nova. He also custom built his Harley Davidson in the living room of his home and he found great joy helping his father restore a 1920’s Ford Model T. He played on several softball and co-ed teams. He loved spending time with family and friends.

Jeff started in the family business as a brick mason at the age of 14. From there, he’d done several charitable projects around Boone County including work at Perry Worth Elementary, the Women’s Shelter and First Presbyterian Church.

Family and friends will gather Saturday, April 22, for visitation from 12 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
