Jeffrey Lee Young, 59, of Lebanon, Indiana, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023, in Clinton County, Indiana. He was born May 25, 1964, in Lebanon, a son of Janet (Giles) and Les Rodgers and the late Jack Lee Young.
Jeff was married to Lisa (Daupert) Harvey and later divorced.
A lifelong resident of Lebanon, he was a 1982 graduate of Lebanon High School. Jeff had worked for Boone County REMC for 20 years and recently was working as a Union Electrician for LPD in Arcadia.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles # 2062, the American Legion Post 113, and VFW Post 910. Jeff enjoyed riding his motorcycle, driving around in his golf cart, and camping.
Survivors include his parents, Janet and Les Rodgers of Lebanon; brothers, Jay (Heidi) Young of Indianapolis, Joseph Young, and Jeremy Young; stepbrother, Jeff (Kim) Rodgers of Lebanon; stepsister, Sherri (Michael) Loso of Carmel; nieces, Rozzy Young and Carli Reagan; nephews, Brayton Young, Peyton Young, Elliott Young, and Gabriel Young; and several aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana beginning at 2:00 p.m. and will conclude with Eagles Rites at 3:45 p.m.
Boone County Crematory has been entrusted with his cremation arrangements following the Eagles Rites.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
