Jerry Eugene Stephenson, 74, passed unexpectedly on December 30, 2019 at Witham Memorial Hospital, in Lebanon, Indiana.
In honor of Jerry’s request, no visitation or services will be held. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with his care.
