Johnna Jaylee Tyree, 58, passed away early Friday morning, July 23, 2021, at her home in Lebanon, Indiana. She was born in Boone County, Indiana on September 29, 1963; a daughter of the late Coy O’ Gay Cundiff and Beverly Sue (Goldsberry) Cundiff.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 2, 2021, at Myers Mortuary 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be on Sunday, August 1 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow services at Elizaville Cemetery in Lebanon.
