She was preceded by her parents Hiram and Susie (Johnson) Lewis, her husband, Richard Ray “Dick” Weber, and her daughter, Katrina “Tina” Kay (Weber) Ricketts.

Juanita was born in Hamilton County, Ohio. She moved to Indiana and attended Pike High School. On August 14, 1961, she married Dick Weber in Zionsville. They had shared 56 loving years together before his passing on January 28, 2018.

Juanita loved to cook for everyone. No person left her table hungry. For many years, she had worked at Western Boone School Corporation as the head cook, as well as the concession manager for the Western Boone Athletic Boosters where she cooked dinners for Homecomings and special events. She and her husband Dick were the Booster Presidents during the years of Western Boone’s first State Championship in 1988. Juanita cherished the times with her sister, Joyce dearly and took many crazy road trips down south to see family and every now and then cruise over to a casino. In later years she and Dick moved to Rockville, Indiana and opened the Weber’s Family Restaurant and with open arms developed relations with many of their employees and customers.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was proud of her family and enjoyed playing with her grandchildren. Juanita was a member of Salem United Methodist Church in Zionsville. Juanita’s hearty laugh was infectious.
