A Marion County Superior Court judge has ruled Indiana’s law limiting who can be on a primary ballot is unconstitutional. John Rust had filed a lawsuit to appear on the Republican primary ballot in the U.S. Senate race but currently is blocked because his last two primary votes weren’t with the Republican Party. Rust called the ruling a victory for “the 80-percent who are banned from running for political office and I know they don’t like me saying that but it’s the absolute truth.”
