Rosella Sutherland, 65, of Lebanon, pleaded guilty to one count of theft, a level six felony, on Tuesday. Boone Superior Court I Judge Matthew Kincaid sentenced her to one year of jail, suspended in favor of supervised probation. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
