Judith Ann “Judy” Adair, 72, of Lebanon, passed away Friday, October 4, 2019, at IU Hospital in Bloomington, Indiana. She was born October 4, 1947, in Maysville, Arkansas, a daughter of the late William Walter and Mary Ellen (Herring) Perrine.

Judy was a 1966 graduate of Lebanon High School. Following high school she received her associate’s degree from Mott Community College in Flint, Michigan, where she studied computer science and accounting.

She was first married to John Adair in 1967 and later in 1991 she married Roger Earl Shank; both preceded her in death.

Judy was an auditor for Safeco and Amerisure Insurance; both in Indianapolis. She enjoyed time with her family, camping, fishing, and flower gardening; back in the day she was even great at drag racing.

Barbara Loudermilk – Freedom, Indiana

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Jack Loudermilk and son-in-law, Rev. David Disbro.

Graveside Funeral Services are to be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 7, 2019, at Oak Hill Cemetery, 935 East Washington Street, in Lebanon. No Visitation will be held.
Myers Mortuary in Lebanon has been entrusted with the arrangements for burial.
Memorials: In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
