The Lebanon Community School Board passed a $45.6 million budget for 2021 during last Tuesday evening’s meeting. That number includes the education, operations, rainy day and debt funds for the corporation. It’s a slight increase over the state approved 2020 budget of $44.5 million. The district advertised a tax rate of $1.10 per $100 of assessed valuation. Last year’s rate was approved at .86 cents per $100 of assessed value. The state will determine the final tax rate.
