If all goes well, Lebanon will be granted more than $2 million from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources’ Next Level Trail program. Round two applications are due by Nov. 1. If Lebanon wins the grant, there will be improvements from County Road 400 West to Serum Plant Road, where the trail will be widened to 12 feet of asphalt surface. The application will also extend the trail from Main and Meridian streets to Hendricks Drive through Abner Longley Park. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
