After two years of meetings and public input, Lebanon has released its comprehensive plan as recommended by the plan commission and adopted by the city council. For the first time, the plan is available online at lebanonredefined.com.
A comp plan is a master plan to guide a community. Leaders envision the future of a city or town, like plans for a house or building. Typically, the plans look five to 10 years out to set some guidelines like where commercial districts locate, what land is best suited for multi-unit family dwellings or single family homes, etc. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
