A Lebanon man was recently sentenced to 18 months of probation after pleading guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor, followed by another year of probation for possessing a narcotic.
Mason Lee, 20, and his father Gunnar Lee, were arrested in September 2017 for possessing a narcotic. During the investigation, police uncovered an affair Mason had with a 15-year-old. He was arrested on the new charges in November 2017. Mason pled guilty to lesser charges and was sentenced to a year on the narcotics charge and 18 months for sexual misconduct, all of which was suspended in favor of probation.
