Chief Morgan and the Lebanon Police Department announce three promotions in the patrol division and a new investigation appointment. Tommy Nash has been promoted to the rank of Captain, Ryan Williamson to the rank of Lieutenant, James Koontz to the rank of Sergeant, and Trey Hendrix has been appointed to the role of Detective. All will begin their new duties January 1.
