On May16 at approximately 7:46 AM, Lebanon Police Officers responded to Witham Hospital in Lebanon, Indiana on a male with a gunshot wound. The male was located on the sidewalk just outside the Witham Hospital Emergency Room entrance.
The male never made entry into the hospital prior to sustaining his injuries. The male was taken into the emergency room where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. Lebanon Police were able to confirm the gunshot wound was self-inflicting and an isolated incident.
