Over the weekend, the Lebanon Police Department was notified that three additional officers have tested positive for the COVID-19 Virus. This brings the total number of Lebanon Police Officers that have tested positive for COVID-19 to five. All five of the officers that tested positive are from the Investigations Division.
All five officers are not currently experiencing any symptoms; however, they have been quarantined since their potential exposure. They have also not been inside the Lebanon Police Department or around other officers while awaiting their test results. Before returning to work, the five officers will be required to have two negative tests for COVID-19 which must be at least 24 hours apart.
