As Boone County logs a record-high 500 cases of COVID-19, Lebanon Community Schools officials have announced they are going to virtual instruction the last week before winter break. Students will not meet in person Dec. 14-18. For the other schools in the county, Western Boone will continue with in-person instruction for the next four days, Superintendent Rob Ramey said. Zionsville Community Schools are also continuing with in-person instruction as has been the case since the beginning of school. Elementary students are attending school full time, while middle and high school students are observing a hybrid schedule. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
