On April 25, 2024, at approximately 9:40pm Lebanon Police Department Officers responded to an armed robbery at Wendy’s located at 1362 South Lebanon Street.
Upon arrival at the scene, Officers ensured the safety of all individuals present and commenced gathering information regarding the suspect to aid in the search efforts. Surveillance footage revealed the sequence of events: the suspect entered the restaurant proceeded to order food, and then produced a semi-automatic pistol from his right jacket pocket upon the opening of the cash register. The suspect pointed the firearm at the cashier and demanded money. The cashier complied by handing over money from the drawer. After securing the cash, the suspect returned the firearm to his jacket, stowed the money, and exited the restaurant.
The suspect was described as follows:
– Black light skinned Male
– Short gray beard
– Ball cap featuring an American flag motif (black front, white mesh rear)
– Black jacket
– Gray-colored shirt
– Black pants
– Black shoes with white soles
– Gray gloves with a black grip
