Witham Zionsville Medical Center on W. Oak Street.
Witham’s Zionsville Medical Center on W. Oak Street has tested positive for a bacteria within the building. The water in the center tested positive for low levels of legionella. “Out of an abundance of caution” for staff and patients, Witham has opted to relocate the six doctor’s and their staff until the problem is corrected by the management company. Currently the move to Anson Convenient Care and Family Medicine, 6085 Heartland Drive, and the main campus in Lebanon is precautionary. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
