Four new officers joined the Lebanon Police Department, as two long-time veterans retired, in an emotional ceremony Monday night.
LPD Chief Tyson Warmoth presented Cary Clanton and Mark Tibbs, both of whom participated in his wedding, with their retiree badges and service revolvers during their retirement ceremony at the police station. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
