The Lebanon Police Department promoted four officers in a special ceremony Feb. 2. The officers promoted will have increased leadership responsibilities in the department.
Officers pinned by loved ones at the ceremony were Capt. Chad Morgan promoted to major, Lt. Scott Hood promoted to captain, Sgt. Ben Phelps promoted to lieutenant, and Officer Ryan Williamson promoted to sergeant. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
