Boone County Sheriff’s K9 Makya aced an urban tracking test Monday in downtown Lebanon. Makya, a 1-year-old bloodhound, tracked Deputy Erick Frith around town and into the Lebanon Public Library, where he rewarded her with a treat and some congratulations. Frith and Detective Clint Stewart were laughing because they had to congratulate the dog in whispers since they were in the library. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
