A Lebanon man on last week pleaded guilty to the battery of his mother in January and to resisting law enforcement in another case.
Boone County Circuit Court Judge Jeffrey Edens sentenced Justin Hinton, 35, to four and a half years on probation.
Hinton pleaded guilty to domestic battery resulting in injury. Charges of domestic battery in the presence of a child and interference with the reporting of a crime were dismissed in exchange for his plea. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
