MonoSol, an Indiana-based water soluable film manufacturer, announced a $70 million investment in a new Lebanon manufacturing facility Monday. The Lebanon City Council held a special meeting to approve three items for the company, including a resolution establishing an economic revitalization area at the site as well as real and personal property tax abatements.
