Marie Cortez Hubbard, 66, passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021 at her home in Lebanon. She was born on September 3, 1955 in Manila, Philippines; a daughter of the late Justiniano and Filomena N. (Bobias) Cortez.
She was married to Bryan A. Hubbard, Sr., he survives. She received an associate degree from Ivy Tech in Indianapolis and was a claims processor with Anthem and UPS.
Marie was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Lebanon. She loved her children and adored her grandson who was the light of her life. She who also enjoyed BINGO, cooking, vegetable and flower gardening and taking care of her beloved, four-legged friends.
Marie leaves behind her three children: Sarena Hubbard and fiancé, Kasey Kehl of Avon, Bryan Hubbard, Jr. of Lebanon, Chris Hubbard and fiancée, Megan Entrekin of Indianapolis; one grandson, Blake Hubbard of Avon.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. noon on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home in Lebanon.
Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with her cremation arrangements following services.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
