Marilyn S. Stefani Sills, 76, of Clinton, Indiana and formally of Thorntown passed away on November 16, 2019 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. She was born on December 29, 1942 in Clinton, Indiana; a daughter to the late John and Elsie Stefani.
She is survived by daughters; Sandra Grogan-Sills of Terre Haute, Laura (Ed) Wallace of Clinton, Sherry (Todd) Strong of Lebanon, Susan (Mike) Lingeman of Indianapolis; sister, Janet (Dennis) Bragg of Ft. Myers, Florida; brother, John E. “Jack” (Jeannie) Stefani of Indianapolis. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph R. Sills and two great grandsons.
Marilyn was the wife of a United States Navy man and lived in many states. She served as President of the auxiliary of both the American Legion and VFW, where she received her life membership. She was also a member of the Moose Lodge.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 21 at the funeral home in Lebanon. Marilyn will be laid to rest at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Thorntown, Indiana.
