Mark A. Wood, 61, of Lebanon, IN passed in his home on Dec. 30, 2020.
He was the son of the late Frank and Anne (Mosteller) Wood. He was a 1977 graduate of Lebanon High School, and later received an associate’s degree from ITT in electrical engineering technology.
He was a loving father, a charismatic conversationalist, and a spirited traveler. His dog, Stella, was a longtime companion who loved being by his side either at home or in his travels.
Mark lived most of his life in the Northwest in Oregon and Washington where he worked as a petroleum maintenance technician. He had recently returned to Indiana to be closer to his family.
He is survived by his children Rorie and Ryan Wood, his daughter-in-law Marcia Wood, his grandchildren Elisabeth and Olivia Wood, his siblings Joe (Veronica) Wood of Columbus, Ohio, Judy (Wood) Karg of Ft. Wayne, IN and Kaye (Wood) Korth of Lebanon, Indiana.
A graveside burial service will be held in Mts. Runn Cemetery in Zionsville, IN with immediate family. A celebration of life will be held in his honor later in the spring. Date TBD.
