A Lebanon man escaped prison time when he pleaded guilty to dealing meth last week. It was his second drug dealing conviction. Boone Superior Court I Judge Matthew Kincaid sentenced Steven C. Henry to 28 years. The first 17 will be served in a drug rehabilitation center and home detention, and the remaining 11 will be served on probation. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
