Dean R. Gasper, 53, Lebanon, pleaded guilty on Friday. He was sentenced to a year in jail, suspended in favor of probation. He received credit for 78 days already spent in jail.
Two other charges against Gasper were dismissed Friday in exchange for his plea. Gasper has a previous conviction for possession of paraphernalia. Gasper was one of three people police found when they followed an extension cord to a mobile home Aug. 3, according to court records. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
