She was born July 13, 1970 in Lebanon, a daughter of James F. “Jimmie” Lee and Brenda J. (Hightower) Ginther. Michele was a 1988 graduate of Lebanon High School.
On October 28, 2005, she was married to Jeffrey A. “Jeff” Klepser in Gatlinburg, Tennessee; he survives.
Michele was dedicated employee and department manager with Lebanon Wal-Mart for thirty years. She was a member of the Lebanon Eagles #2062, American Legion Post 113, as well as the American Legion Riders. Michele loved her family dearly and was a caring and thoughtful friend to many. She found great joy with nature’s beauty, fishing, and photography, in which she had a photo published in “Times of Our Lives” publication.
In addition to her husband, Jeff, other survivors include her father and stepmother, Jimmie (Sandy Warner) Lee; her mother, Brenda Ginther of Lebanon; three siblings, Cliff Lee of Lebanon, Samantha (Casey) Stephens of Indianapolis, and Brandon Warner and domestic partner, Mercedes Icenogle and their son, Atticus Warner of Crawfordsville; uncle, Jack (Helen) Lee of Indianapolis; aunt, Christine Hightower of Bowling Green, Kentucky; a cousin who was like a sister, Teresa (Danny) Wolfla; a step grandfather, Dan “Grandpa Dan” Shubert of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee; and her four-legged best friend, Willow.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 29, 2021, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, with visitation from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.
A Celebration of Life will be held immediately following services on Saturday at the Lebanon Eagles, 2140 North Lebanon Street in Lebanon, Indiana.
Boone County Crematory has been entrusted with her cremation arrangements.
