Bailey Hensley
On Tuesday, April 18, 2023, the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Unit was contacted by the Lafayette Police Department to assist in locating a suspect wanted on a warrant for 2 counts of Murder, Robbery and other felonies. Due to the nature and seriousness of the offenses, the Clinton County Regional SWAT Team was activated to assist in serving the arrest warrant in the city of Frankfort. Patrol units and K9s from the Frankfort Police Department and the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office were enroute to execute the warrant at a residence when the suspect left the home in a vehicle. Officers made a stop on the vehicle in the area of Rossville Avenue and Myrtle Avenue, where Bailey Hensley, 18, of Kokomo was arrested without incident. Hensley was transported and remanded to the Clinton County Jail.
