Holiday went off for 33 points and nine assists while outplaying point guard counterpart Damian Lillard. New Orleans goes back home for Games Three and Four with a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.

(Undated) — The Raptors are up 2-0 in a playoff series for the first time in franchise history. DeMar DeRozan helped Toronto accomplish the feat by dropping 37 points in a 130-119 win over the visiting Wizards. Jaylen Brown also entered the record book in the Celtics’ 120-106 win over the Bucks in Boston. He became the youngest player in team history to score 30 points in a playoff game. Boston is up 2-0.

(Los Angeles, CA) — The expansion Golden Knights are headed to the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Marc-Andre Fleury stopped all 31 shots he faced as Vegas shut out the Kings 1-0 in Game Four of their first-round series in Los Angeles. Brayden McNabb scored the only goal just over four minutes into the second period. Vegas swept the best-of-seven series with four one-goal wins.

(Anaheim, CA) — There is finally a crack in the armor of Angels rookie sensation Shohei Ohtani [[ SHOW-hay oh-TAH-nee ]]. The Japanese import gave up three runs in two innings before getting pulled in the Angels’ 10-1 loss to the Red Sox in Anaheim. Ohtani was yanked in part because of a blister on his pitching hand. It took him 66 pitches to get six outs.

(New York, NY) — The NFL is getting set to unveil its complete 2018 regular-season schedule. The league will release the full 2018 slate in a two-hour special tomorrow night on NFL Network. Teams already know their opponents, but will find out in what order they will play as well as when their bye week will be. The preseason schedule was released last week.
