League officials tell “The New York Times” Commissioner Roger Goodell will fine the Cowboys owner millions of dollars over Jones’ failed bid to delay Goodell’s contract extension. Jones is also going to be fined for defending Ezekiel Elliott, saying he didn’t think the running back should have been suspended.

The deal was agreed to last Friday, but can’t be completed officially until the new-league year starts on March 14th.
