(Houston, TX) — Eagles defensive end Michael Bennett is free on 10-thousand dollars bail after turning himself in to police Monday. Bennett is accused of injuring a paraplegic security guard while running onto the field after the 2017 Super Bowl in Houston. He’s charged with felony injury of the elderly. Bennett’s attorney Rusty Hardin is denying his client touched the woman at all.

(Los Angeles, CA) — Pro Bowl defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh [[ ehn-DAHM-uh-kehn SOO ]] is heading West. Multiple outlets report Suh has agreed to a one-year, 14-million-dollar deal with the Los Angeles Rams. The eight-year veteran signed the deal Monday, less than two weeks after being released by the Miami Dolphins. Suh joins fellow Pro Bowler Aaron Donald on L.A.’s defensive line.

(Philadelphia, PA) — Markelle Fultz returned to the Sixers lineup as they clobbered the Nuggets 123-104 in Philadelphia. The top-overall pick in this past NBA draft scored 10 points with eight assists in 14 minutes off the bench. Fultz had not played October due to a shoulder injury.

(Columbia, MO) — Another potential lottery pick is declaring for the 2018 NBA Draft. Michael Porter Junior has announced he’s leaving Missouri after his freshman season. He only played 53 minutes during this season for the Tigers. The six-foot-10 forward had back surgery after playing just two minutes in Mizzou’s season opener.

(Grand Rapids, MI) — The NBA community is mourning the loss of player Zeke Upshaw, who is dead at the age of 26. Upshaw died Monday, two days after collapsing during an NBA G-League game for the Grand Rapids Drive. Upshaw suddenly collapsed in the game’s final minute and had to be stretchered off the court Saturday night. The Drive are the minor-league affiliate of the Detroit Pistons.
