(Undated) — The Super Bowl champion Eagles are bolstering their pass rush. Multiple reports say the Seahawks have agreed to trade defensive end Michael Bennett and a seventh-round pick to Philadelphia for wide receiver Marcus Johnson and a fifth-round pick. The deal won’t be official until the start of the new league year on March 14th.

(Renton, WA) — The Seahawks’ defense could be undergoing more changes. NFL Network’s Michael Silver reports Seattle will release cornerback Richard Sherman “in the next two days.” Sherman told ESPN that he wasn’t in the know about his future with the team despite an NFL Network report that he had told teammates he was leaving.

Washington has decided to honor those players who went 3-and-0 during the NFL strike that year. The Redskins finished that season 11-and-4, winning the NFC East and eventually defeating the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl 22.

(Peoria, AZ) — Iconic outfielder Ichiro Suzuki is back with the Mariners. The 44-year-old finalized a one-year contract with Seattle worth 750-thousand-dollars. Ichiro has been with the Marlins the last three seasons, but called Seattle home and says he always wanted to wear an M’s uniform again. He also says he want to play until he’s at least 50.

(San Antonio, TX) — Spurs forward Kawhi [[ kuh-WHY ]] Leonard is working his way back form a quadriceps injury and hopes to take the floor at some point this season. The two-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year says he’s close to a return, but isn’t sure when. Leonard has been limited to just nine games this season because of the injury.
