An October jury trial has been scheduled for the man accused of attempted murder at a senior living facility Friday. Initial pleas of not guilty were entered at an initial hearing Tuesday for Ritchie L. Barton, 65. He is accused of stabbing Sandra Finchum, 75, in her Zionsville apartment.
