Lebanon Community School Corporation is now accepting Kindergarten Round-Up appointments for students entering kindergarten this fall. Children are eligible for kindergarten if their fifth birthday falls on or before August 1, 2015. Students who will be five years old on or before October 1, 2020 may apply for early entrance to kindergarten in accordance with Board Policy #5112.
Due to school closures for COVID-19, kindergarten round-up will be held primarily online. Sign-up forms are now available. No screenings will be conducted at this time.
Parents or guardians should submit a form for the school their student will attend in the fall. They may also contact the school and leave a message. If parents are unsure which school their child will attend, they may contact the Transportation Department at 765-482-1499.
Documentation is required to enroll students in kindergarten. This includes copies of the child’s birth certificate, immunization records, and two proofs of residency. Required documentation may be submitted electronically, by mail, or provided in-person when schools open.
Throughout the month of May, school representatives will contact parents and guardians to provide additional information about completing student enrollment and registration.
