Kristin N. Wollak, 32, a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister passed away Monday, May 27, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Kristin had incredible faith, was a remarkable wife, and a fantastic mommy to her 2 ½ year old daughter, Kamila. She was an inspiration to others, had an infectious smile and was full of hope. Her happy place was being with Matthew, her husband; and Kami was the light of her life. She was blessed with a loving, supportive family who took great strides providing Kristin the therapeutic care and support she needed.

She was born on June 18, 1986 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of Vincent L. and Sharon K. Hollingsworth.

Kristin was a 2005 graduate of Lebanon High School and a 2010 graduate of Purdue University.

On June 12, 2010, Kristin and Matthew R. Wollak were joined in marriage.

Kristin was employed with Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD) as a global Oncology Clinical Trials Research Associate.

She was a member of Traders Point Church/Northwest Campus. She enjoyed Disney, the beach, swing dancing, singing, motorcycles, camping, hiking and animals of all kinds.

Husband: Matthew Ryan Wollak of Indianapolis, Indiana
Daughter: Kamila Marie Wollak of Indianapolis, Indiana
Parents: Vincent and Sharon Hollingsworth of Lebanon, Indiana
Brother: Steven Michael Hollingsworth of Davenport, Florida
Along with her Grandmother, several cousins, aunts and uncles.

Visitation is planned from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 31, 2019 at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 1 at the funeral home in Lebanon.
