Mr. Sydney M. Kellogg, III, 77, of Lebanon, passed away June 16, 2019 surrounded by his family.
Sydney was born Feb. 7, 1942, in Newark, NJ, a son of the late Sydney M. and Bertha (Essbach) Kellogg, Jr. He married Deborah Cartmell. She survives.
Sydney worked for American Ultra Violet as a mechanic and built and designed curing machines. He was a Past Master for the Boone Lodge #9 in Lebanon, Worshipful Master in 2005 and 2008 and also served as Chaplain and Treasurer this past year.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah; children: Sydney (Carla Joann) Kellogg IV of Lebanon and Sherry Kellogg of Greenwood; six grandchildren, three nieces, five nephews; a brother Alban Kellogg of Florham Park, NJ; sister-in-law Sharon (Lawrence) Knoepfler; father-in-law Derwent Cartmell; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson Sydney Kellogg V.
Family and friends will gather Friday, June 28, 2019, for visitation from 4-8 p.m. and funeral services with Masonic Rites will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N.
