The Youth and Family Health Network (YFHN) has partnered with the Boone County Health Department to spread education and awareness about the ongoing epidemic of opioid drug abuse during National Recovery Month.
From 6:30 to 8 p.m. Sept. 12 at the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds there will be free training and distribution of naloxone, an emergency medication able to reverse certain drug overdoses. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
