Pamela Jean Wagoner, 64, passed away at her home in Lebanon, Friday, February 21, 2020. She was born in Lebanon, Indiana, on February 12, 1956, a daughter of the late Otis Johnny and Mary Alice (French) Philbeck.
She was married to Donald Altic and Michael Lee Wagoner, Sr., both preceded her in death.
Raised in Lebanon, Pam attended Lebanon High School. She had worked at the Knotty Pine Restaurant until its closing and then went to work at Essex Nursing & Rehabilitation Center as a cook until four years ago due to her health.
She loved her family dearly and enjoyed her time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Pam had a passion for playing Bingo and enjoyed watching TV in her free time.

In addition to her parents, Pamela was preceded in death by two sisters, Leona Keever and Charlotte Philbeck; a brother, John O. Philbeck, II; and a grandson, Dakota Altic.
Funeral Services are planned for 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service.
Interment will follow services at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.
Memorials may be made to Myers Mortuary to assist the family with expenses or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
