Mrs. Patricia Eileen “Pat” Dean, 77, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at her home in Jamestown, Indiana, surrounded by her family. She was born October 12, 1943, in Indianapolis and was one of twelve children to the late Lora B. and Marjorie L. (Davidson) Martin.
She was a 1962 graduate of Dover High School. On February 14, 1994, she married Robert R. Dean and he survives.
Pat worked at many different restaurants as a waitress, which she truly enjoyed. She was a member of the One Way Christian Church in Lebanon. Pat loved all kinds of animals and cherished the time she had with her family. She was devoted wife and a loving sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be greatly missed.
Pat leaves behind her husband, Robert Dean of Jamestown; son, Jeff (Millie) Fairfield; two daughters, Cheryl (James) Snodgrass of Jamestown, Jennifer (Jen Crawford) Fairfield of Lebanon; daughter-in-law, Marla Fairfield of Camby; five grandchildren: Ryan (Julie) Cummins, Jeffrey Cole (Georgia) Fairfield, Justin (Crystal) Snodgrass, Brandon (Kristina) Snodgrass, Nathaniel Snodgrass; three great grandchildren, Delilah & Ophelia Snodgrass and Aaliyah Hernandez; five brothers, David (Yvonne) Martin of Colfax, Steve Martin of Lebanon, Kevin Martin of Thorntown, Roger (Bev) Martin of Thorntown, Joe (Diane) Martin; three sisters, Kim Davis of Thorntown, Karen Martin of Thorntown, Kathy (Jerry) Perdue of Thorntown; sister-in-law, Pat Martin of Thorntown along with many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by three siblings; Bob Martin, Fred Martin and Shirley Hankins
Funeral Services are planned for 12:00 p.m. noon on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 16 at the funeral home in Lebanon. Interment will follow services at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Thorntown, Indiana.
