Mrs. Patti Shaw, 86, of Lebanon, passed away May 17, 2020, at home.

Patti was born Sept. 2, 1933, in Lebanon, IN, to Harold and Mildred (Roush) Clemens. She was a 1951 graduate of Whitestown High School where she was in a singing trio and an Ideal Sunshine Girl.

On Nov. 13, 1953 she married Jim Shaw in Lebanon. They have two sons, David Dean, who is now deceased, and Dan, who lives in Lafayette.

Patti and her family loved sports. They participated in many Little League and high school baseball games, as well as golf outings and wrestling. Their dog, Honda, also attended many of those games and outings. Patti enjoyed the gambling boats and thanks to Dan, she often got to go.

Patti belonged to the Eagles Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary and the Whitestown Eastern Star.

Survivors include her husband, Jim and son, Dan; grandchildren, Julie Ann Shaw and Jared Dean Shaw of South Carolina, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents and son, Patti was preceded in death by sisters, Becky (Don) Whiteley and Katie (Ralph) Roseboom; and brothers, Jack (Annie) Clemens and Wm. H. Butch Clemens.

Family and friends will gather Saturday, May 23, 2020 to celebrate Patti from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
