Mrs. Peggy L. Wines, 83, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 at Homewood Health Campus in Lebanon, Indiana. She was born in Tennessee on January 7, 1939; a daughter of the late William and Balance (Burdett) Ward.
On February 20, 1954, she was married to Jackie Dewayne “Jack” Wines in Lebanon; he passed away on October 8, 2013.
Peggy retired from Mallory’s after 23 years in the electrical production department; she also worked for five years at Kauffman Engineering in Lebanon.
She was a member of Trinity Chapel. Peggy was devoted to her family and cherished all the holidays and family gatherings they shared.
Survivors include her daughter, Susie Heiss and husband, Michael of Frankfort, Indiana; grandson, Travis A. Harness and companion, Jenny Gyger of Lebanon, Indiana; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents and husband, Peggy was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
