A Lebanon man has been charged with 14 counts of public voyeurism in Hamilton County. Ritchie Lee Hodges, 58, hid his cell phone in various places in the Fishers Goodwill store employee restroom from Dec. 1 until an employee found it wedged under a sink when she was using the bathroom on Feb. 4, police said in a case filed June 6 in Hamilton Superior Court.
