A judge ordered a man who scared a Lebanon couple when he broke through their window and bled on their curtains to reimburse them. The Virginia man will also spend a year and a half on probation after pleading guilty this week to residential entry and criminal mischief. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed in exchange for his plea. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
