The Patterson Street Project is a city initiative to rejuvenate the former Prairie Industries property at 320 N. Patterson St. Lebanon Director of Planning Ben Bontrager reported to the Lebanon Economic Development Commission that a partner has been found to redevelop the 5-acre brownfield. The commission passed a resolution Wednesday to create a single-site TIF district to help pay for the remediation. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
