Upon approval Wednesday by the Indiana Election Commission, Secretary of State Connie Lawson is moving the primary from May 5 to June 2, because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Lawson is also requesting the rules for absentee by-mail rules to allow all Hoosiers the option to vote by mail. Boone County Clerk and election administrator Jessica Fouts is encouraging absentee voting in the primary. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
