Notice is hereby given of two public hearings before official bodies of the City of Lebanon regarding the “Project LEAP – Phase II Annexation.” The proceedings concern a petition for annexation. The land sought to be annexed comprises 122 separate parcels of Boone County land containing a total of approximately 5,225 acres. The first hearing regarding this annexation, will be before the City Planning Commission on Monday, November 21, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, Lebanon City Building, 401 South Meridian Street, Lebanon, Indiana. The second hearing will be on the annexation petition itself and will be held before the City Council at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, November 28, 2022.
