Mr. Rayburn “Ray” Clyde Land , 73, of Lebanon, passed away Jan. 6, 2020, surrounded by his loving family.
Ray was born Dec. 3, 1946 in Liberty, KY, a son of the late William and Lela (Murphy) Land. He married Vicky Barrickman on Sept. 2, 1989. She survives.
Ray served in the Vietnam War with the 9th Infantry Division of the Army. He was a plumber, welder and fabricator for DOW Chemical.
Survivors include his wife, Vicky, of Lebanon; children: Anthony “Tony” Land of Lebanon, Amy (Mike) Bramblett of Lizton; grandchildren: Katelyn and Courtney; three great grandchildren; a sister, Phyllis Williams of Liberty, KY and sister-in-law, Judy Land of Pittsboro. In addition to his parents, Ray was preceded in death by a brother, Dale.
Family and friends will gather Monday, Jan. 13, 2020 for visitation from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
