Scotland Bridge
A large crowd turned out Monday evening to protest the tearing down of the stone arch bridge on Scotland Road. The bridge is more than 100 years old and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. County Highway Director Nick Parr said the bridge is considered unsafe.
